Jennifer Lilly, MPA, is the founder of JL³ Learning Solutions, LLC and the creator of the JL³ Performance Levers framework. With more than 20 years of experience in learning, leadership, and organizational performance, she helps leaders identify the workplace conditions that are making strong performance harder than it should be.

Jennifer is the author of when performance stalls and a speaker and facilitator who works with leaders to move beyond surface-level performance problems and diagnose what is actually getting in the way. Her work focuses on six workplace conditions that shape whether people can consistently perform at their best.
